Travelling from Buenas Aires/Mendoza:
Take route 7 (west from BA), (East from Mendoza) until Vickuña Mackenna. Take route 35 south for 40km and cross Rio Quinto bridge. After 7.2km take a dirt road on right (sign-posted La Isabella) and follow road for 12km to entrance of Estancia.

Alternative Route:
Follow route 188 to Realico. Take route 35 North towards Del Campillo. At railway crossing turn left to Del Campillo (12km away). On entering village pass white arch (with Del Campillo written on) and take dirt road 50m to the right. Follow track for 10km until La Isabella sign-posted on the left. See Map below for more details.
