La Isabella is set in the depths of the Agricultural interior and as such temperatures can rise to 40°C in the height of summer and to -15°C in winter. Additionally, as you will be around animals mosquitos and flies are rife. It is essential to bring the following in order to protect yourself from the sun and insects, and to enjoy the activities involved on an Estancia:

- Long sleeved lightweight shirts - cotton based for instance (for evening and day).
- A large brimmed hat. - Insect repellant.
- Sun screen.
- Strong closed toed shoes
- trainers/walking boots.
- Trousers for riding.
- Bathing suit in summer
